SumAiL（スマイル）は、株式会社タダスムが提供する、賃貸仲介会社のための反響対応・顧客管理サービス（CRM）です。SUUMO などのポータルサイトやメール・LINE で届いた反響（お問い合わせ）を1か所に集め、初回対応から内見・来店のアポイント調整、前日確認、営業担当への引き継ぎまでを管理します。

Google カレンダー連携（任意）
SumAiL に登録した内見・来店の予定を、利用者ご自身の Google カレンダーへ自動で反映できます。
- 連携は任意です。利用者本人が Google アカウントでログインし、書き込み先のカレンダーを自分で選びます。
- アポの登録 → カレンダーに予定を追加／日時変更 → 同じ予定を更新／キャンセル → 予定を削除します。
- Google カレンダー側の予定を SumAiL に取り込むことはありません（SumAiL → Google の一方向です）。
- 連携はいつでも解除できます。解除すると SumAiL が作成した今後の予定は削除され、保存していた認証情報も破棄されます。

About SumAiL (English)
SumAiL is a lead-response CRM for rental real-estate brokerages in Japan, operated by Tadasumu Inc. Staff of contracted brokerages use it to manage inbound inquiries, customer conversations and property-viewing appointments. Google Calendar integration is optional: a signed-in user may connect their own Google account and choose one of their writable calendars; SumAiL then creates a calendar event for each viewing appointment it manages, updates the same event when the appointment is rescheduled, and deletes it when the appointment is cancelled. Events in Google Calendar are never read back into SumAiL. Disconnecting removes the future events SumAiL created and discards the stored credentials.
